Red Hill Toyota recently had the opportunity to welcome students from a Body Shop apprenticeship program for an inside look at what happens beyond the body shop. The tour was led by our Service Manager, John Brooks, who guided the students through the different areas of our dealership and gave them a closer look at how the service and sales sides of the business work together.

With John Brooks leading the tour, the students were able to explore the dealership from a different perspective and see how the service, sales and other areas work together on a daily basis.

The experience gave the students valuable insight that they can take back to their Body Shop apprenticeship program and use to enhance their knowledge of the automotive trade.

THE FUTURE OF THE TRADE

More women are building careers in automotive

One of the most encouraging parts of the experience was seeing the strong level of interest women have in pursuing careers in the automotive industry. Visits like this provide an opportunity to learn more about the many career paths available within the trade and see firsthand what a career in automotive can look like.
