SEEKING MOTIVATED OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

The Outside Sales Representative insures that the dealerships meet fleet unit sales quotas and its gross objectives on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis. You will ensure that the fleet units sold produce sufficient gross to aid the dealership in reaching its profit objective on a monthly and yearly basis.

Responsibilities: 

  • Actively pursue new fleet and company business by visiting leasing and large corporate account.
  • Actively pursue large organizations and provide them with a “fleet purchase plan” for all their members
  • Recommend the type (and number, if a fleet) of vehicle needed to perform the job satisfactorily with minimal expense.
  • Respond to all “Requests for Proposals” and bid to obtain the business.

Qualifications: 

  • Must have a clean drivers abstract and OMVIC licensed.
  • Two years of automotive sales experience preferably with a fleet/lease background
  • One year in a dealership management position.

Sales Representatives

We are currently accepting resumes for new and pre owned sales personnel due to the new models that are coming from Toyota. We are expecting stronger than usual demand and we need to add more sales representatives to handle the extra traffic. You must be committed to customer satisfaction, with a positive attitude, and be a team player. Ability to speak another language is an asset. You must have a valid OMVIC license and an Ontario Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
